Please look at our size chart before placing your order, and send an email with any questions or concerns.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 7days of the item being delivered to you we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.


 An Item can be returned up till 7 days from delivery date. Postage fees will be covered by the customer. Please consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items damaged or lost in shipping won’t be eligible for refund.

In the case that your item is defective/ damaged, a prepaid return waybill will be sent to you to send the merchandise back to us. You should contactsekinaholatunji@gmail.com so that we can assist you further and look into the matter.

Any signs of wear or damage will lead to your return request being denied. It cannot be worn and has to be in the same condition in which you received it. All tags must be originally attached. Your order must be returned in the original packaging. Item will be  inspected once received and your refund will be processed within  5-7 business days. If you have any

Made to measure orders are not eligible for return as it’s tailored to your personal measurements.

Sale of items bought during markdown is final and not eligible for return.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

 

EXCHANGE

Please look at our size chart before placing your order. Send an email to contactsekinaholatunji@gmail.com if you need any help. Exchange is allowed and customer will be responsible for postage fees. Item will be  inspected once received and your exchange will be processed.

In the case that we mess up your order, Postage fees will be handled by us.
