Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Final Sale Items: Items purchased on markdown are final sale and can only be exchanged for a different size. Refunds are not available for these items.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email contactsekinaholatunji@gmail.com for further assistance.
Please note: Any returned item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Made-to-Measure Orders
Orders tailored to your personal measurements are not eligible for return, as they are custom-made.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for a different size. Customers are responsible for postage fees when exchanging an item. The item must be returned in its original condition, and once received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
• If we made an error with your order, we will cover all postage costs.
Important Notes
• We do not accept returns for unwanted items beyond the 7-day return period. If you attempt to return an item outside of this timeframe, we may have to send it back and request additional shipping costs.
